Claims, made simple.
Insurance repairs are our specialty. Here's what happens from the moment you lodge a claim to the moment you drive away.
Four steps to fixed.
Lodge your claim
Contact your insurer, get a claim number, and tell them you'd like Lipke Motors to do the repair.
Get it assessed
Drop in Monday to Friday between 7am and 4pm — no appointment needed. If it can't be driven, we'll tow it in.
We repair it
Once your insurer approves the repair, we panel beat, paint in our Tru Flow booths, and keep you posted.
Collect your car
Pay any excess that applies, and drive away with work that's guaranteed and backed by a PPG paint report.
What to bring
- Your claim number
- Your insurer's name and policy details
- Photos of the damage, if you have them
- The other driver's details, if another car was involved
